This document, it is a turn of the table, the rebirth of the mind. It is a wider approach and an epoch towards an infinite. It instills change and installs a vision in this society.This is a document of higher esteemed persons because it closes the wider gap that exists between an ordinary humble man and the president of the country.The reader may find it interesting to learn the dynamics of art and science in this art of writing. By the author of the unpublished scientific memos never submitted to the president. This document is also an original doctrine of the belief in the healing powers of the mind. It is a well crafted material which is easy to read. It is also a classic in its own.This is also a medical paradigm shift proposal. A legendary step towards, the beginning of scientific state of mind! It is guided, by spiritual thoughts and highly divine intervention. This document is an ultimatum to the wise man’s thoughts. It will surely spark a revolutionary flame in your skull.It has the power to make you understand it, to heal and to change your life permanently. All revolutionary passages and corridors are wide open for you to lead this scientific ideology forward. It is clear that this is your opportunity to own a revolutionary ideology. Fuel this ideology with all the resources at your disposal, exploit all the ink and sound equipments to create a small attention from someone. This is not a simple ideology like other political revolutions which were easy to advocate because all members automatically becomes liberated. Liberation is not what the members demand for themselves. The members are already liberated and strive to resist any form of mental colonization whatsoever. And it is because of this basic purpose that they will advocate a truthful ideology no matter how complex it may look like or sound. This ideology is the root of the struggle for the complete liberation of the mind. This ideology sound like madness and strange, it cannot be advocated by an inferior mind or beings. It is an ideology of those who are willing to be independent in thought. It doesn’t use physical force to recruit or to show itself. This ideology crafts the inside part of the person and restructure the shape of the mind.
All those who are experts in advocating this ideology are on the path towards total emancipation. It is not easy to understand this ideology if you have been made to belief that all that is a popular view is right. It may not be easy for you to adopt this ideology and advocate it if you are not ready to get out of the box. The manner in which, the pace of our medical phenomenon is so slowly we have no choice but, to take over its evolutionary order. We will advocate the healing power of the mind and we are ready to gain our grounds against any uncertain persons who are ready to give away all their available resources in order to sustain their uncertain medical views and to protect their selfish pharmaceutical business in the expense of keeping us in suspension. It is the ambition of a liberated mind to exploit any small opportunity that avails itself to spread this emancipating ideology no matter what it takes. What is at stake here is not the physical nutrients that we can be able to buy, it is not the food that they use to enrich themselves in our expense. This revolution will protect us from any form of psychological exploitation and embarrassment. This ideology is highly sophisticated and well refined. Questions will be raised such as, do you think all people are stupid to think that our medical profession is on the right track? Do you think that you can change the world?
All these kind of demoralizing questions will be aimed at the people who advocate the total configuration of the medical order. These short questions will never defeat our wide, wild and wise spirit of readiness. We are not just revolutionaries but advocates of a new comprehensive medical order. Our medical order is integrated with all the basic institutions of the society unlike the current medical order which is only economically driven. In the sense that the economic ends is the basic driving motive above all intentions. A medical profession which doesn’t understand the basic components of a living person is incomplete. It is thus that this ideology advances the recognition of the untouchable components of a living person within the medical processes. This ideology single out all other components and value each as interdependent entities. The author of this enlightening ideology oversees the elements of life like an eagle. He made considerable regard of all human values which includes, economic, social, political and religious. The author borrowed the society all his attention to these matters. He began by recognizing the value that mankind receive and its form from the aforementioned human values. It all led him to the reversal question which is to say that what does lacking all these values or some leads to.It is so easy to get to the answer to this question but it is not easy to come to the question. The question opens an interesting voyage towards a broader medical theory. It is upon this view that the greater focus is made into the relevance of our medical procedural art. It is clear that our medical procedural art is comprised of loopholes and shortcuts. All these loopholes and shortcuts are justified by commercial grounds. These justifications are not the solution but a problem. It is not enough for us to regard these justifications as admissible. In attempting to secure a competent medical procedural art, mankind commercialize the medical services. Commercialization only brought a sense of sophistication in the medical environment but, it doesn’t cure the wounds that we encounter in our medical procedural art. The concept medical procedural art is defined in this ideology and it is just the same as a legal procedural art or military procedural art. All these procedural aspects are strategic efforts towards a sustainable order of preventing the unwanted situations to occur. The strategic aspect is in the heart of this ideology and it is not astonishing, that for a liberator to liberate others he must try his/her level best, to understand the four human values in depth. The monumental letter and the presidential letter demonstrate how complex is the procedural art and its necessity. The author views these values like a chess player who trust the knights behind to protect the pieces in front and the pieces in front to protect the knights behind. The interdependence of these values can’t be compromised during the application of the medical procedural art.

The moment you begin to understand the significant role of the procedural art in any process then you will begin to visualize this ideology and to know exactly what the author’s vision is without being clouded by vocabulary. Above all, this ideology strives to confirm that all these four human values are operated and evaluated by our minds. The author wishes to establish that it is not that easy for our minds to manage other faculties of our life if the other faculties are experiencing an unbearable crisis. It is so interesting to see how the author brings out the true sensitivity of the mind to the reader’s understanding.
The most interesting part above all is that the author doesn’t only dispute the fundamentals of the medical institution but also make comprehensive proposals towards the medical transformation and reform. It is in his mathematical letter to the medical nobles that the author crafts a new medical element called the philosopher medical doctor. It is clear however that the author is just a spokes person of the majority who do not want to expose their views about the medical aspects only because our medical institution allows participation on voluntary levels by the victims of diseases. So it appears as if whenever a person participates on specific medical affairs he/she is a victim of such a sphere of medical affair. All this misunderstanding develops a silent society. People just engage on passive resistance because they fear to expose their cowardice to the proposed medical approaches. This passive resistance is not a minor issue but, it is a fundamental issue of human aspects. Do not underestimate the negative impact that this impact has to the medical order.
It is thus that the author in this ideology broke the silence and justified why people resists to follow the proposed medical approaches. It is clear that people views such medical approaches as suicidal and not well researched. The author’s wish is that if you find it in this ideology the strength to raise the banner, mobilize and rally the ordinary man please do so with courtesy and caution. Begin by cultivating peace and intellectual maturity and then speak with them into their hearts. Do not incite them into anarchy else they will reduce this ideology into a physical asset. Make sure that you understand this ideology beyond its literal boundaries. Beyond the author’s understanding and beyond the scientific standards else the opponents will prosecute you and slain you unceremoniously. Never turn to be personal in execution but, faithful in thought and heart. Do not forget to buy enough time, keep your focus sharp and fortresses high because you are already on the frontline.

Chapter one

The beautiful mask

Let me take you to a very, very sweet session which, concentrate much in a beautiful foyer, where families meet. Where lovers and experts meet and where the world meets. It is not astonishing that the scholar managed to produce a document of this kind. He visualized things from a higher level. It is so amazing at times how we as scholars manipulate our minds to attend big issues from a small space. It was at the foyer of a well designed wide open cinema house.
I got an opportunity that brought the world so nearer to me. The salary was not motivating but, the open view at the foyer always entertained my mind and exposed me to a remarkable observation. I began to be myself at that moment. Many people came to the mall to experience the beauty of the place, more especial the cinema house. I was standing at the foyer daily tearing tickets, closing and opening the doors of the theatres. Welcoming the guests and adjusting their moods also emotions. It became my daily duty to condition my guest’s conducts. I knew how hard this was and understood that my behavior was under a serious test. Life at the foyer, it was so beautiful and amazing in a broader way. It is more interesting to see it that way. The value of my guests and their cultures also customs were distinct. My guests were coming from different countries and nationalities. It took me a couple of months to understand that I was standing on an international podium. I began to double check each an every move that I made.

My guest care standard developed rapidly. As I already indicated above that the salary was not motivating at all. At sometimes I became angry at myself and cried silently inside me. It was a deep pain which I can’t express even as a writer, more especially because I also fought back against that highly demoting spirit. I felt so embarrassed by my position at work and my salary that I even felt as if all my guests were all aware of my salary. I became stupid for some days, truly thinking that I was a stupid. How can one think of it like I did? I began to dissect my anger, embarrassment, depression and fear of living that way endlessly. I endured some problems except the challenges at work. That was not my nice times I can tell. I was just nothing at all inside and outside. I began to study my position. I nearly blamed wrong people for this but I knew that it was not the best way for me to approach it.

As a janitor I was bound to put on a smile on my face no matter how and what kind of problem I had at that moment. I began to become more interested in trying to understand things better and in depth. I knew that my life was just nothing and nothing to lose.
I created a medical topic which will be detailed in chapter two of this text. The topic was easy to talk about and interesting to my guests because it sounded, like a puzzle indeed. I created permanent questions and already made responses. It was something scientifically monitored and an unavoidable quest process. I premeditated my speech.

It was something scientifically obvious which most of the people felt like they knew better about but, they knew less. Many of my guests were not scientifically inclined to defend the moral medical belief which they unconsciously served daily. I conduct numerous interviews which sounded more informal and mostly disrupted by lack of time. It was interesting the manner in which I expressed unexpected intellectual skill of engagement and the highest knowledge of a paradoxical medical procedural art. Most of the medical students, who visited the cinema frequently shown, a lot of interest and being fond of, observing a doorman, speaking their text book scientific words. We were tackling factual debates and enjoying the scientific spirit that embraced us for a small time. The elders always made comparison between the modern doctors and old times doctors. They also gave me realistic examples of the medical events in as far as the commercialization of the medical profession is all about. All those unfinished conversations echoed in my subconscious and began to develop a will power inside me to create an in depth scientific research on medical transformation and its procedural art. This was the dawn of science indeed and the beginning of my journey in this less traveled path.
I stood by the door to observe the physiological character of the cleaners, the box office point cashiers and the catering point cashiers comparing it to that of their guests and I saw a big difference. It was explicit that our staff was having a physiological defect compared to that of our guests and of which the psychological character was brought into scrutiny in my mind. The brilliance and joy curtailed by the basic principles of commercial practice. Forceful smiles within those masked, stretched facial muscles behind the counters also to the doormen. We were programmed to be happy no matter what, looking like being happy all of the time was one of our job descriptions. Less enlightened ladies managing the mask and ensuring that it doesn’t fall or get unveiled. Ernesto CHE Guevara’s guerilla warfare manual text in my hand, and the situation went to a point in whereby I saw that the work was not as difficult as I thought to an extent that I began to see it as a waste of my precious lifetime. I carried along this above mentioned text to get myself a little busy with it than whatever was called job descriptions. I was always reminded by the co-slaves that that warfare manual was going to get me out of work and by the so called controllers who were saying it with embarrassment and in a whispering manner. They knew how negative it felt to deny somebody an opportunity to become educated in anyway and anywhere and I was also aware of that feeling so I took advantage of that. It became clear to them that I have come to see the beautiful foyer as my classroom but, they had nothing to do with it.

This funny job which was a responsibility and a tunnel of pain remain so significant to my life in that it exposed me to the world. It was the stagger time that was more important to the employer more than anything else. Stagger time is that special business moment or commercial point in whereby guests are staggering around the foyer coming into the theatres and out of the theatres, whilst a lot of them queuing to purchase tickets, pop corns, soda and sometimes sweets. It was as if we were hired to observe the life of the smooth life of the innocent once in heaven. The manner in which the guest smoothly staggered around that beautiful foyer it was so nice and peaceful. People came to the cinema with their families and that is what reminded us that our lives, was paused by our virtues. The most loathing part is that, the cinema was open every day of the year no holiday, no nothing. We were working on Christmas, new year‘s days, good Friday, freedom day and the workers day. This was the highest insult I couldn’t manage to endure but, I had no choice. Life at the beautiful foyer was so hard for me at times. Open your imaginary eyes and glance at that pure oval shaped white ceiling with hidden sky blue lights that protruded from its depth. Small round flash lights sparkling around like stars and, the silent elevator helping the guests to reach over the top to their man made heaven.

Lack of satisfaction and grief made me to incur the highest degree of fear of living and dying. I feared living because a lot of what was valuable to me was cropped away from me everyday. The concept cropping is a photographic jargon which means eliminating all the invaluable things out of the picture but, in my case the most valuable things were cropped out of me everyday, my untouchable assets, dignity, pride and decency. I didn’t have any choice but, to be there. Now that I can explain this story to you I feel like I’m painting a gloomy picture on a sunny day and crying on a Sunday. Everything there was so beautiful and not so easy to see behind the smiling masked stretched facial muscles of shame.

Most of the guests cross questioned me every time we greeted in order to verify my response and it always became explicit in my second responses that I was not fine. I could learn that some of our guests understood what I was going through. Our regular guests always asked why I was happy everyday and some thought that I was taking drugs because I was always pretending to be happy on my face but my words were so much incongruent. At every time when I engaged my guests on academic and intellectual topics they felt the scientific weight of my anger and my humble nobility to be in the position which I was at that time. I concealed it by ensuring that the debates were conducted on my terms and conditions and helpful manner and, avoided to spark useless arguments. The scenario was beautiful and orderly outside but chaotic inside. It became clear to me that I was under mental slavery.

Something was eating my body so slowly and invisibly. My fear to quit the job is one of the things which turned to be my worst enemy indeed. I didn’t have any person to talk with about this because I always felt as if I brought it to myself. I always looked behind and saw millions of mistakes I have committed and opportunities I have lost. Later I learned that there was no single mistake I have committed to myself and I never lost any opportunity that was ever mine and that is why I got the strength to write this book. The situation was so heavy, deep and of a desperate kind because the same job that I began to hate so much was my only source of income which left me more vulnerable more than the time I was unemployed. The fear to die at that time was brought by the fact that I could see that the situation that I was living in was a dying situation.
I was so weak that I couldn’t reach my grave point with dignity and courage. Although I felt surrounded by the spirit of death I also learned that the same death was surely miles away from me. As a scholar, I acknowledged myself as an intellectual waste. A dead mind observing the living minds. I questioned my genuine existence daily. I knew that even if I could get another better job I wouldn’t forgive myself for going through that road. It was the path less traveled, like a coffin sinking slowly into the grave and only traveled by one.

What I experienced at the beautiful foyer exposed me to the naked evil elements of fear. The pressure of fear and loss, I weaved myself in the scene and directed it until I became one with fear. I listened to the vocabulary of fear and its tales. The only brave thing to do was to unveil this mask to you. The smooth picture I have painted with dark paint and diluted it with tears I shared in the beautiful foyer. I learned how the heaven that I have been told of looks like and the meaning of the angels on earthly made heaven. The earthly meaning of angel is somebody who does a great job and gets less paid. Some of the angels like me who philosophize about the evil character of this man made heaven would be thrown out of it. It is conspiracy with intent to defame the beautiful image of heaven. It was life at the foyer.

Depression and frustration was explicit on the faces of the cleaners and those gloomy stretched facial muscles at the box office point and the catering point of the cinema house, the doorman was no exception. Observing people living their life in a complete manner whereas yours is incomplete is naturally erosive indeed. I began to study our response to fear and to its sources. As a natural scholar, I didn’t have any choice but to establish the relevance of the inside with this outside. Being exposed to this versatile environment sparked an illumination of science beyond the text book science. This picture was well captured make no mistake. I knew that I should go upstairs to join the film crew but I became a little reluctant because my research was incomplete.
The salary was better upstairs and the job honorable and thus I had to fast track my research.

I began to be open with my guests by telling them that I was doing a research on medical transformation and procedural art which sounded more of an awkward statement coming from an awkward being. Much attention was given to my topic because I was a doorman and a medical researcher simultaneously. My scientific vocabulary developed a lot along the way after I have bought the dictionary of mind and body which gave me definitions of medical terms and exposed me to concepts such as alternative and paradox medical schools of thoughts. The research began to be more of a doctor to a doctor’s conversation when I had an opportunity to collide with a medical doctor. Although some of my questions were heavy and rude to them it was so interesting because they didn’t expect me to engage them purely scientific. I was so friendly and humble that nobody could have suspected me to be a researcher of this radical magnitude. In this book I wrote my thesis and presented a sharpened medical contradiction for scholars like you to keep yourselves busy with in this one life. In all my letters herein I have always presented myself as an ordinary man based on my ordinary image at the beautiful foyer.

As a doorman I managed to link the small voices in the foyer with the big voices. It was so interesting for me to help the kids and to enjoy funny moments with them. The cinema was having nine theatres which always reminded me of the dean of student affairs at the university, who always referred me to the ninth column when I came across moments of cross roads. My dean always advised me to invoke the ninth column of my mental faculty when I reach cross roads. This book is an attempt to open the ninth door in our minds. When I read any book, I wish to come across a statement that will make me superior to my peers in knowledge. In this text I have put my best to meet that expectation but, it was not easy for me as the puzzle of art connected itself through me. My struggle to simplify and to configure the conversations I conducted at the beautiful foyer couldn’t be an easy exercise if I didn’t read the Reminiscence of the Cuban Revolution by Ernesto CHE Guevara in whereby I could hear the writer’s humble voice and selfless gift. It was upon that background that I could attempt to open the ninth door of this beautiful cinema house with pride and joy. Amongst the sons and daughters of the ambassadors, civil engineers, lawyers, actors/actresses and doctors from distinctive intellectual fields an ordinary man crafted a solid picture of science. It was a blessing for me to observe the high, middle and lower class people in one picture. The majority of our guests were perfectionists and that is why they understood us better than the way we understood them and more than the way our employer understood us. I have reserved a precious space in this chapter to include this remarkable incident in the foyer.

One of those bad days, one of the cleaners who, was epileptic fell down during the stagger time. Twelve medical doctors moved swiftly and impressively out of the queue staggered around her and began a strange medical vocabulary which even if not that familiar to most of the words I could figure out they were all not differing about the medical step which was to be recommended as a first aid. After that, only one doctor was left kneeling next to the patient whilst the rest promising us that she was going to be fine and that she was in good hands. Their words and courage became a pillar of strength to all of us. One of those doctors used his mobile phone to contact the emergency guys who arrive later but no panic because the incident was given the highest level of attention as it deserved. Through this incident I have learned to see the readiness and generosity which our doctors are ready to parade if called for. I have also realized that most of our doctors are willing to give all their best even at no cost if called for. It was then that I began to also research about the commercial aspects of the medical profession. My communication with my guests began to expand and my mind relaxed because I knew that my guests were good people.

In nutshell, all about this research was conducted in a very sophisticated arena of sophisticated individuals. It must remain clear to the reader that I as the writer conducted several and endless interviews with relevant people from all over the world and all socio economic classes.
The fact that this book was inspired and written in higher places by an ordinary man should reflect to the reader that I was adaptive both intellectual and emotionally. I brought my intellectual character into practice and cultivated my opportunity in a scientific manner without bias unless judged other wise by the reader. I have chosen the less traveled path for your sake. I have silently endured the pains I came across and overcame them. My wish is that the reader should enjoy this document without being offended because there is nothing personal herein.

Furthermore, LET ME EXPLOIT THIS OPPORTUNITY AND DECLARE MY LOVE FOR ALL MY GUESTS. THEY ALL CONTRIBUTED DIRECTLY TO ME BY ACCEPTING MY QUESTIONS AND BY GREETING ME AND RESPECTING EVERYTIME THEY VISITED THE CINEMA.

This beautiful foyer became one with me as I exchanged radical scholastically views with members from all classes. This research was conducted in a classic higher place, by an ordinary doorman. A beautiful science indeed! A lot of consultation was done and a fertile opportunity exploited by an ordinary scholar. This small chapter serves to illustrate how the research was broadly conducted and how findings were deliberated by international beings. It is one of those inventions in that the method of research itself was by virtue of a coincidence. The scholar just got inspired by an environment and exploited it to produce acceptable conclusion. The letters herein are made for you to develop your own judgment of the idea in question. The letter from the president is a fictitious letter designed by the author for the sake of creating a solid conversational scenario to the reader.

Chapter two
Contaminated libertyMONUMENTAL LETTERAfter a deep collective thought that I have traveled, I realized that I couldn’t create any justified ground to dispute that I enjoyed a complete life. I got any opportunity to own my soul and to try many of those plans that I ever thought of, no matter what the out come became. The opportunity to make meaningful sense to myself and to othersThere are lot of moments in my life that all above all I can say, yes, I couldn’t have a direct contact with myself. My mind was traveling in a higher speed pouring outside the world and struggling to grasp the opportunities that seemed to be passing by. I observed my insanity from the distance after realizing that there was a lot of respect perpetually shown to me even if I did something so grossly unacceptable. I asked myself that what exactly made others to respect me no matter how wrong I can be, this kind of respect is often the deepest state of tolerance from family members and, I salute. I truly began to understand that I owe my people any kind of thought that I had, no matter how humiliating I thought it could be. When I combined all the foolish mistakes that my thoughts ever exposed then I realized that I couldn’t find a reason to imagine another humiliation more than the quantity of this foolishness. Yet my people tolerated me and continued to pretend as if I was not a fool, they continued to give me the quantity of respect which was more than my foolishness. It then said to me, I must put together all that I have learned and benefited from this living phenomenon. It said I was a welcomed thinker no matter how far I may be from the thoughts of the majority.
I began to offer myself for them, I grown much interest on their health aspects. I couldn’t see any pain above the pain of sickness. I truly knew that I had a dark phase and a light phase. I knew that I was not predictable and full of silent intellectual contentions. There was a compressed spirit of rebellion which idled like a time bomb inside me. I had fear to prematurely make social and political contentions. This dark phase contains the highest form of intelligence which is filled with the spirit of respect and humble apology. It is the spirit that strives for a perfect presentation of the perception and conception of my mystical being. It is a complex intelligence that complicates life of its host and that of the others living with the host. It was after I have managed to display or understood the phenomenon of this private spirit that I began to pour my mind inwardly into my soul and ignored grasping or possessiveness. I saw myself as an opportunity to my people. I saw it as my responsibility to sacrifice myself for this ideal. A true human struggle takes place inside this compressed spirit in the dark. It is this spirit that strives to explain itself by trying to look at the past and at the future. It is the absence of the will of the authentic mind in the visible actions of mankind. It is how a person gives up his body to the highest pressure of embarrassment. It is the point where the body, the mind and the soul remain independently from each other. Life becomes a burden and a person simply waits for an embarrassing death to come. It is this point of lifetime when a person continues to strive to craft an escape from life itself. It is during this point of time that persons identifies collective errors and taste the purity of the phenomenon of life in totality.The character of life is not comprised of the humble people. After learning that people lack the noble spirit of being humble then religion and social cultures cohesively observed humility. People display brave characters and uncalculated moves only to see themselves above others. People accept distinctions from others undeservedly. The minute that people fosters to survive in uniform and in a similar version is the minute they accept that their individual opportunity to take lead is limited. It is during this stage of events that people begin to limit their efforts to dominate because they fear humiliation and death. Upon all I asked myself if this spirit was the most correct and central role that I was born for or not. What is important about the human race to me? The human race gave me respect. It is this respect that agitated me to involve myself in its sustainability. The human race needs me for its sustainability. It doesn’t need the selfish or selfless people but all of us adequately.I put all my efforts to preserve the human species not as a messiah or a recognized doctor but an ordinary citizen of the world. All those things that I wanted to grasp or others wanted me to grasp is no longer of any given value to me. I need more than the number of my age to taste the sweetness of being myself.There are a lot of people who craft institutions in order to accumulate power and opportunities either through political, economical, social and religious formations. What is this kind of existence or double existence that we yearn so much more than our life itself? Our materially indoctrinated people may not even endorse or fight for it but, if one come with a highly priced small cup of juice and claim that it is a cure, they instantly endorse and fights for it to an extent that not even a single one out of them can taste the droplet out of it and they soon stands the cruel activities of the willing buyer willing seller theory.My people do not revolt against those who cheat them with material or physical cure and that is the reason why they fights all who belief in spiritual form of healing. It is capitalism an illness? I’m almost done with capitalistic character of this subject matter. People are just addicted to buying medicine. People do not use the power of their mind to cure themselves. People should begin to involve their minds in the process of healing themselves. The mind must not be part of the sickness. When the mind becomes part of the illness any medicine that we intake is like an overdose. Your excellence I think it is so unfair to use the concept liberation as an instrument to gain political comfort and perpetual dreams for a non existing kind of life. This kind of liberation which is outwardly imposed is not completely real. It is a confined liberation, maybe one should begin to distinguish between freedom and liberation. One should begin to think that freedom is the free flow of the physical life without unfair limiting boundaries and liberation being the free flow of the psychological life without the unfair limiting boundaries.

The unfair limiting boundaries are the physical and psychological phenomenon, well articulated restrictive principles, of, both the physical life and the psychological life. The most interesting part of this revolution is that it is a new form of revolution in whereby people of your caliber should scientifically install the science of liberation without the use of force of law. How many times did you see us infringing the basic laws believing that we are acting within the ambits of liberation? The liberation that we seem to have is currently a game of power characterized by the abuse of the law to suit the few who are expertise of its parameters. Is this law game, the hide and seek game that, you think is liberation which confines our thoughts in hopeless cocoons. It is this law which is highly priced in order to protect the few in higher places. It is this law of yours that is used to manipulate those who can’t bribe its outcomes.

This liberation should be governed by the laws beyond the physical laws that we have currently. The law which can’t be easily corrupted by materialistic power and nepotism! We need something more than the supremacy of this law to install the fair role of liberation in this society. We need something divine and complex than the force of law. The liberation doctrine that can manage to permeates into the depth of the natural conscience of a man. It is the voluntary practice of goodness, realization of our goodness as human beings. Liberation should be foiled within a strong religion which can automatically spark a common divine intervention in our practice of liberation. This liberation is a divine dream not just a political poetry. It is divine justice that seeks to enable mankind to respect others in the manner as they want to be respected. Liberation teaches us to plan good things and preach goodness. Imagine the comradeship spirit in exile, the common goal and the common wish to protect each other from the oppressor’s terror. It is this concept of liberation which contains the psychological power to glue the minds together and builds the spirit of mercy for the fellow comrades. Liberation is not a hide and seeking game of one’s usage of ism schism to justify his evils. Misconception of this divine concept contaminates its implementation process.
Your excellence, the liberation that we have now is contaminated. We truly fought so hard and sacrificed the souls of our beloved people and all of a sudden out of nowhere a new oppressive element in the name of AIDS just erupts and clouds the liberation that we have watered with our grand parents’ sweat, blood and their innocent bones! Where do you find the reason to smile? I don’t see any reason to smile, no reason to fill the beer halls and brothels. It is high time that we must create a way of teaching people about the knowledge of what is enough in their life. Discrimination in terms of race or health status is not enough. What do I mean by the discrimination in terms of the health status? When I say that some of the human rights contains an element of oppression I meant that our liberation is contaminated. I don’t think that liberation would permit any form of a formulation of scientific discriminatory codes. Classifying our people in terms of their health status is not a liberation act and it may neither be no matter how you may justify it. If we declare somebody as being HIV positive it is the same as pumping the highest volume of inferiority into his/head. It degrades a person and finally it will discriminate him/her from those who are negative. Unlike racism, this kind of discrimination has the greatest scientific power to kill a person. A health discriminatory method is the most dangerous method of discrimination. Many people are ready to mobilize and fight mentalslavery but the problem is that their naked eyes cannot see or define mental slavery.The health discriminatory method is a highly sophisticated method of human oppression. Your excellence, I know that I have gone beyond the foreseeable thoughts and I have discovered the most dangerous part of our liberation. If liberation is a good life style then it must be spotless clean both in its physical and psychological character. Your excellence, I know that this letter may spark an unforeseen revolution during the term of your office. Is this liberation prevented by AIDS? Is this AIDS capable of derailing the fruits of the struggle?
How do we bring religion into the picture and how relevant is the religious route towards the making of liberation? Religion has the power to renovate the interior of a human being by means of bringing faith and hope into the picture. The simple words that guarantees continual existence of mankind, the pure liberation that goes beyond death, it is this highest school of thought that is capable of helping people to deal with death. Religion conducts funeral ceremonies and comforts those who are left behind simply because it contains an element that undermines the power of death. Religion doesn’t have limits when it comes to the art of healing and strengthening the soul. When a religious person is told that he may soon die out of an illness, he is also told that the illness is just a mere spiritual temptation. The spiritual effort and revolution that is in the form of the exercise of faith and hope of preventing the illness from its deadly intentions creates an internal spirit of bravery. Being told that there is a deadly element in your body doesn’t frustrates a person who beliefs that God is the only one who can bring an end to his life. This doctrine is not advocating a specific religion.The governing models of various religions should be studied and if needs be, we should merge our political and religious models to govern a liberated society. How are we going to know that this religion is the right religion to merge with our political models of governing our liberated society? This question is solely based on the fact that religions are widely distinguished from the other and so far we also witness millions of independent churches. My thinking tells me that we only have two religions on earth and that will simply means that the other religion advocates human oppression and the other religion advocates human liberation. How are we going to distinguish them because they seem so similar in character? Yes they are the same in the exterior and distinct in the interior. The religion which is historically known for its elements of practicing racial discrimination within its membership and advocating oppression of fellow human being is the religion for the oppressor. The religion which is historically not having any link with racial discrimination and always advocated human liberation is the religion for human liberation.

It is in the depth of the religion of liberation that we will discover ourselves, our dignity and the value of our souls. This religion doesn’t regulate its members by means of a written law or the same law that the society use to handle its dispute. This religion doesn’t rely on high walls and cages to stop criminals from doing crimes. This religion doesn’t inflicts physical pain on the offender or take the criminals away from the society. When did they introduce the prisons? I think it was imported with its law to us. Your excellence this law of prison style is also inadequate, I think so because crime was controlled and prevented without taking the offenders away from the society. Where is the secret? The secret is that religion and the law has been the strong instruments of contaminating human liberation.

These two institutions were used and, still used to impose cowardice and fear of physical pain in our life. These two institutions are beautifully painted outside and oppressive inside them. They both promise us liberation but in turn they make us to struggle. The set of rules that govern our artificial life, the imported laws and beliefs can’t advocate the true nature of liberation. If the same style of physical imprisonment is still going on then our liberation is faraway from being attained. Realizing that we broke the prison walls they then thought of creating prisons in our minds. At times I capture the depth of this picture but, unable to interpret it better because the words are not enough to explain some of the evil things that is done to us.
I think that at this moment I have given you enough reasons to reclaim your stolen liberation and to evaluate whatever comes to your ears or to your mind. Don’t be a coward, your excellence what I wrote in this letter is unthinkable and too extreme and that is the reason that I have addressed this monumental letter to you. Some of my statements are so emotional and political yet I hope that you will be so kind enough to comprehend my language better. It is also because I’m not a good writer or an Aristotle. Listen to the winds of change and please find a safer place in your palace to keep this letter. Is globalization attainable? With the natural hatred between people of religion and wider distinction in legal beliefs globalization is just an unquestioned dream. This globalization is only materialistic or capitalistic and that is why the strong countries struggle to sustain their dominance over weaker countries. It is an imperial capitalist theory. The dream is to create dependence from those with powerful currency. This economic game can’t be understood if the money of the superior countries still buys a higher quantity of goods that the money of the inferior countries can’t buy from the superior countries. This globalization thing is the best method of continuation of the enslavement of inferior countries by superior countries. It is the spirit of the unfair looting of goods from the inferior by the superior. This globalization is not religious, social or political but, only economic in its principle. Your excellence, all these hidden techniques of the oppressor derails the realization of our hard earned liberty. The tricks are just the cannibalistic nature of the oppressive predators of this world. This globalization is piracy because it loots a large quantity of original goods and human resource from the inferior countries to superior countries. It is this globalization which promote brain drain in order to cripple the inferior countries. Inferior countries put a lot of their cheap rated wealth with too much effort to produce well educated men and women with a vision of empowering themselves but, the superior countries lures them through irresistible offers. This globalization is a gambling strategy of the superior over the inferior. It is this same globalization which is a highly designed new method of colonization of the inferior by the superior countries. Your excellence, it is a chain of strategies that seeks to permanently enslave the blind. Let me share this interesting story that I have inherited from my grand father, and the story is as follows:
When an oppressive king began to countdown the days of his life, he called his Prince and asked him on aspects of power and the administration of power. His son struggled to comprehend the question and thought that maybe his father merely wanted his word of assurance about the future of the kingdom. The son said, father, don’t worry about me and the kingdom everything is under control. His father said to him, if there is something that enslaved me the rest of my life was to regulate the energy of my slaves. My will is that you should be lenient with your slaves because if you put more than the bearable hardships on them, they will rise and overthrow you. You must be mathematical enough to an extent of managing to calculate their physical energy. The son had a sleepless night and then the following day, he summoned all the mathematicians into the palace. The question he asked them was, how can we ensure that the slaves remain being slaves forever?
The youngest mathematician replied and he said, we should respect them and try to be lenient with them but, we must not allow them to enjoy good physical health. We should frustrate them with endless rules and limit their trading opportunities. The elder mathematician said we should design a scientific method to kill them when they gain strength without any physical contact with them. We should develop an invisible art of killing them. The Prince said, it is alright for today let us gathers tomorrow at the same time, same place with better thoughts. When the young mathematician was on his way home he decided to go to a quiet place in order to have a constructive formula of killing a person. He was looking at a huge withered tree. He began to ask himself several questions that caused the tree to withers. He began to compare the tree with a human being. The young mathematician discovered that both man and the tree are common in that they both depended on water to transport nutrients in their bodies. He learned that both the tree and a person dependent on water for their energy.
He learned that in the absence of water the body, will surely dies. The most interesting question that crossed his mind is, how did the water get out of the tree and how can one drain the water from a living tree? He concluded that the high temperature and strong hot winds could gradually drain the water from the tree and so, how can we drain the water from the body of a person? Are we going to enslave him under the blazing burning sun or expose him to the hot blowing winds? He began to think deeply about what is usually the cause of dehydration inside the body of a person. He realized that people would surely visit the bathroom when they are having fear of something harmful against their bodies. He learned that fear can spark a reaction in the body of a person that could somehow dehydrates the body but, the question is what is the degree of fear needed to spark the dehydration process? The other symptom of fear that the young mathematician discovered is sweating.

The question still that bothered him was the degree of fear needed to spark the process of sweating? The highest degree of fear is the fear of dying and it is the fear of non existence, the fear of not being in control of ourselves and the fear of losing our dignity. People fears the highest level of humiliation and embarrassment that death bring to them even if they can’t witness it. People fears complete blindness and the darkness that they imagine. It is this highest degree of fear that can sustain the process of the dehydration of the body both through sweating and diarrhea. He then began to think of a plan of installing permanent fear in the mind of a person in order to fuel the dehydration process. When ever the slaves consult and come up with some minor complicated illness they must be told that they are suffering from an incurable illness. It became obvious from his findings that this was going to be the most degrading and terrorizing method of eliminating the slaves. He also learned that his method was governed by the law of divide and rule. Nobody would easily partner with somebody who is contaminated by an incurable illness. Nobody trusts the vector. Both the victimized and the relatives will soon become terrorized and frustrated. The victims will surrender all that they have including their souls in order to avoid death. This story also teaches us that we are just like trees and if we don’t have enough water in our bodies we will soon become grey like withered trees. How do I view this story? I see evil science.
It is not ignorance that I advocate and it is neither denial that AIDS exist. This is not an effort to shift the blame to the oppressor. It is an effort to help you to realize that evil science of the oppressor can contaminate our liberation if we don’t go beyond the celebration of victory against the physical slavery. It is an illustration of mental slavery. It is also a reminder that our struggle is far away, from the end. The oppressor would do anything to sustain their superiority even if it means developing the most, highest evil science. Medical science is in the hands of the superior countries and they control medical trade and standardization of medicine. The day we can learn that God’s will is to see us independent is the day we will begin to be liberated. God will not limit our thoughts to an extent of not managing to sustain ourselves no matter how uncivilized we could be. Our God would not just stand aside for so many years and see us suffering because our God doesn’t enjoy seeing us in sorrow. If AIDS was not a man made psychological or psychiatric illness our God couldn’t let us suffer for such a long time. God knows exactly the quantity of pain that we can afford and the extent of pain that we can’t endure for such a long time. God knew that if we surely could manage to estimate the length of our life period our life would be hopeless and incomplete.
Even Jesus Christ prayed so hard that he even shared the tears of blood because he feared dying in the hands of his opponents. He could foresee the highest level of degradation and humiliation during his dying process and I think he just didn’t have an option to escape that process. Jesus also prayed God on the cross and asked that why did God forsaken him. These questions and answers clearly illustrate that, foreseeable death is a very difficult and degrading process which mankind can’t manage to live with no matter how brave they can pretend to be outwardly, inside they are cowards. Reading this document and not giving it a benefit of doubt no matter what kind of relevant information it provides you with is what may constitute negligence and ignorance of natural laws. This letter nearly translated our imaginary state of liberation, the weaknesses of our liberation and other hidden powers of the oppressor. It is not in the interest of this letter, to insult or degrade specific state institutions such as medicine and the law. I’m sick and tired of being fed on the hearsay about the source of the illness in context and, I think we should study the character of evil spirit within our own self before we can claim that the evil perpetrated against us is from the animals. People themselves, their greed and selfishness must be the cause of AIDS. This illness is just an oppressive code which was well designed to be deadly. AIDS is a man made deadly information. It is an information that contains the highest volume of fear and capable of triggering the dehydration of the human body. The declaration of complicated illness as incurable or professional certification of a person to be classified as HIV positive falls within some of the highest feared information on earth. I have obviously enjoyed the literal reading of your letter as my nerves stretched between its lines. It was my pleasure to enjoy reading a letter from an ordinary man who has pondered for such a long time. I acknowledged that it wouldn’t be such an easy task for me if I have been in your shoes to write such a relevant letter on such a complex matter without the help of my advisors. In short, I respect the effort you have demonstrated in your letter.
Your letter sounded more scientific and not to mention its mathematical style. You have honestly awakened me on several aspects, which I nearly took for granted. You have encouraged me also on some of the pending decisions and given me some alternatives on other hidden aspects. I wish to conduct series of private communication with you before I can display the contents of this letter to my council. I have got several questions that I may seek to ask you. Mr Rasvusi, I think that we agree that all the developments that were initiated by AIDS programs have become part of our life, in that some of our people already depend on these programs for their livelihood. You are correct on pharmaceutical imperial capitalism and other profit involved in this subject matter. You have brought tangible facts on the aspects of the mind and the loss of liberation. You have also made it clear that liberation is not a text book doctrine so far. It is just a sweet political concept which we use to secure political scores. The funny part is that we are both sharing the same boat to different destinations. I have herein attempted to explain my private/personal theory to you. I did so only because I think that you deserve to be one of my confidants. I have never in my life time come across a psychological challenge of this manner. I have participated in revolutions and witnessed many but I have never had a spark in my thought to go beyond the confines of the knowledge I had about liberation. Your letter have broken my skull and penetrated its roots deeply into my brains. I will not at any way deny the impression that you have brought to my life during my life time. This is the beginning of a new psychological and a philosophical journey that I’m unable to predict its destination. My mind have already sparked an introspection of itself and I hope that this letter will manage to widen your scientific scope on some of the realities that we may have to live with no matter how far beyond we may think. It is out of this view that, I as a president at times, can’t even manage to verify all the professional approaches during my term of office. MIND TEST

It is very much right and correct to think of the involvements of the mind in the HIV and AIDS affair, if you remove the involvement of the mind of the victim the results becomes widely different. You have gone too deep into the biological science of this aspect in your letter and I understand the reason behind your effort. You have seen a need to use your one life opportunity and send your voice through the air bricks of the royal houses. Your effort attracted the undivided attention of the palace and thus I write this letter to thee humble man. I’m not going to reduce our sacred conversation by dwelling much on the content of your letter but, at least show my benevolence and philosophical charm on this subject matter. It is truly astonishing that you have opened and paved a new path for research in my mind. You have triggered a sense of infinite in my thought. My knowledge always told me that the mind is a small elastic picture in the solid frame of man shielded by a skull. In simple terms it means that when there is too much fire in our mind the picture becomes bigger than the frame.

Our mind keeps on reminding us that all our attempts to find the cure for AIDS is brought by the fact that we have never combined the right ingredients in our medicine as we should. The only limit that we as people we have which, goes beyond our practical means is the ability to match the right ingredients. It is almost this process which, take us decades to find the right combination for a cure. Our mind is always ready to astonish us whenever we get provoked by anything. It is this mind which is the security guard of the immune system before you can talk about the immune system inside the body. We should reinforce the highest defensive qualities of this mind in order to ensure the activities of the internal immune system. The most interesting part of this mind is that it will never be weakened by any existing physical virus unless the virus is psychological. The mind is not in a matter because it doesn’t occupy a space or has mass. It is dependent from the existence of the brain but it is autonomous from the brain. The mind is independent in its determination and all activities.
It is this highest and invisible state of mind that constitutes its mysterious power as an external institution. The mind is an external sophisticated watchdog of the body as large. The mind is just like the judiciary, this judiciary is depending on the existence of the government but, it is apart from the government. It is thus that the judiciary has the mysterious power above the government. The judiciary will always get energy from the government because it plays a protective role. It is this independent judiciary system which, at times rule against the wish of the government even if it means overthrowing the government. It is within these ambits that one should learn to respect his own mind because it might happen that one day your mind instructs your hands to tide the rope on the tree and hang the whole body. This highest level of the impartiality of the mind is shown by its suicidal activities. The body is the source of our mind and the death of the body is the death of the mind. On aspects of mental ill/state patients it is interesting to see the extent of the power of the mind over the body. The mind makes the body to lack stability or to follow the logical order of the conventional law. The body submit to the powers of the mind either we like it or not. If the mind tells the body not to bath, it doesn’t matter either you are the president or just the humble ordinary man, the body will not bath. The mind is the one that, eats, bath, cry, smiles and does everything that we do, the body does nothing at all. When the mind dies the body becomes a constant log it cannot sustain its existence for a longtime independently without a nurse. If the mind is off work the company shuts down.
We don’t have to forget the pivotal role of mind in our life. It is our mind that said that, the other mind must not prosecute another mind for the offense of an unconscious act. The mind is always partial on the affairs that it is exposed and oriented to and it is either it agrees or disagrees. Our mind cannot be neutral no matter how our desire can be for neutrality. The more we orientates our mind about something is the more it reacts unilaterally to that thing and it is either it accord or discord. The minute the doctor declares a person to be HIV positive, the mind begins to seek more clarity and desire to bring more safety to the body. Let me give you an example of the cases of the defamation of character. People at times goes to a point of demanding that the perpetrator should make public apologies and clean the plaintiff’s reputation. People are just so vulnerable to shame and loss. This illness is the one that cause poverty, poverty doesn’t cause this illness. The highest degree of fearing poverty can cause this illness no doubt. This sound to mean that the society will never be completely and truly liberated until it can reach the highest level of economic maturity, capable of bringing the same quantity and equal human status to the people. There is no way that we can be equal when other people sleep on the ground and the others in bed. It is the economic insufficiency of the society that develops the unequal distribution of funds and resources to the constituents of the society. The priority is mostly given to the areas of mass economic production in the expense of the tax of the marginalized communities. This kind of a situation truly creates an incomplete form of liberation which will never qualify to be called liberation because it exists with a material defect. It is a contaminated freedom so faraway from being called any kind of liberation.
People are just fond of liberation and as such we as the politicians have studied the power of this concept. The absence of the state of liberation in the mind is the opposite of the presence of liberation in the mind. A liberated mind crafts a liberated body and the oppressed mind crafts an oppressed body. It is the situation where, the master becomes the slave of remaining the master. That struggle of crafting and perpetuating oppression is the oppressor of the oppressor. Trying to remain on top demand that you should pay a higher price for a droplet of water or you should hire a slave to operate the water pump on the ground whilst you enjoy the water on the top. If the slave decides not to operate the water pump, the slave driver or the master will not find it easy to operate the water pump even if he has come back to the ground. In this case the slave gets a droplet of water and is paid a less price to pump the water.

This situation is the one that dehydrates the slave, frustration, deep thoughts, stereotyped by the low price for a droplet of water and not having his own water pump is a depressive health situation. Beyond depression the slave develops fear to a higher extent because his job is an easy task and if he can decide to protest over the low price he will be replaced immediately. You must understand that here we refer to human slavery not racial slavery. It doesn’t matter who is a slave and who is the master because both of them are oppressed by striving to be where they are without a fair share of the quantity of water that they pump. Without the water pump, the master can’t stay on top and without the master’s water pump the slave is mentally crippled to belief that he can’t even enjoy that droplet or that low price that he currently enjoys. The water pump benefit all but is, owned by one and the owner doesn’t know how to operate it. There is a highest level of interdependence which is not recognized. How do you speak of liberation in this case? This kind of a situation need to be decontaminated, because it exists in the presence of a psychological virus which, can be healed only by a radical strategy not by just knowing that the virus exists. It becomes more depressive and oppressive when you know that you are being sharpened like a blade which will never cut any thing but just finish everyday.Mr humble man, I didn’t learn or had the interest of the religion during my political life simply because I always thought that religion is apolitical. Yet I have learned to accept the political part of the religion and the depth of religion in human governance and in the expansion of the meaningful concept of liberty. You will however find it necessary to introduce other people and to facilitate the adoption of this psychological theory in the society. Even if I also possess an element of being in a position to conspire for the assassination of people with poisonous mind like yours, I wouldn’t find enough grounds to terminate our conversation so early because so far as I know, you are the first person to share this view of point with me and our conversation is too far from the end.. How can a man of my consciousness declare your approach irrelevant without grounds? The medical profession must be able to give answers to our questions or dispute our theory if ever we have miscalculated and exaggerated the healing and the killing powers of the mind. Its powers include the power to rule over against the continuity of an incompetent government and power to rule over against the existence of the society which doesn’t abides to the rule of sustainable existence. In any manner it surely means that all professions should lead towards the latter objective. It is the same law that has an impartial character to rule against itself if proven by the society to be wrong in its ruling. The wise, wide and wild participation of the society in law evaluation surely makes a better society. It must be known that the social contract if given a closer range analysis, one may discover its element of promoting plain subservience and unquestioned submission by the humble society to the law. It is this fundamental matter of principle that, bottle necks and compress intelligence within the society. In so saying our mind is confined within the ambits of the regulatory components of the society. It is shown by the endless wars that we witness everyday. Wars are a clear reflection of the rebellion in the mind of a human being. It is clear that if our mind is in friction it sparks flames inside the skull and it is also in a position of destroying the same society which it has founded. It is also the elastic mind of an individual that expands and destroy the inelastic frames of the society. If we dehydrate the society off its moisture, which is human tolerance, compassion, human decency, dignity, respect of the law and love for common existence the society will surely crash.
Whenever the mind is not in good terms with the environment, it develops defensive measures and in most cases the mind strives to protect our egos. Let us face the truth humble man, people are not willing to come out clean and say we are just stuck within the ambits of the ancient mathematical formulas and its pharmaceutical order. We should accept that the ancient order was more professional than this modern order. It is clear that professionalism has also limited the creativities of the mind. All of the scientific basics date back to the ancient times. It is significant to learn that even if we can try all our best to give all our support to the victims, we will never be so nearer to their minds. I have borrowed my ear to the world to speak into my mind but, only the sound of the explosives and children crying from the Middle East. I gave much time to all life activists and only the genocides I could capture from their game. I heard of your politics and economics. How do I begin to blame you for the mistakes that you didn’t commit?
I have unexpectedly devoted and dedicated all of my thoughts to the writing of this letter to you. I respect the honor and nobility that you are entitled to. I am of no doubt that under a reasonable social standard you truly deserve honor and nobility. This mathematical letter comes during this historic moment in whereby the world as large already accepts that there is a medical limit. Their imagination is mathematically cropped and trimmed to certain standard of a thinking model which turns to dilute the ordinary view to be mathematical. This unconscious thinking process limits the depth of the picture and propels the intellects to a mathematical confinement. At the end of the day we produce medical mathematicians instead of medical strategists. People should distinguish a medical strategists and the process of logistical management of medical strategies. No matter how you can struggle by all faithful efforts to mix accurate mathematical prescribed measurements of ingredients in order to produce a specific medicine if the target is not prescribed it is all useless. We demand mental stability and understanding of research. Our voice for a new order must be mathematically correct and reliable in practical level. We should rally the medical students and fight for a progressive transformation. We should strive to develop a web medical curriculum. A medical student must learn that their role in the society is highly needed. The mathematical role that they must play in the society must be visible and astonishing. This transformation theory should produce a medical professional who can be employed to solve other problems beyond medical problems. Political interference in medical procedural art is mainly because the pace of political change is faster than the medical pace. The same political changes or revolution created new social environment which erupts complex medical challenges. This mathematical letter to you compliments the monumental letter which I wrote to the president. It is clear that most of our medical students are the cream of the society, the natural intelligence that stands undisputed.

The narrow curriculum condemns most of our medical men and women. The diamond minds of the medical students must be exploited and relied on to resolve major problems that the society has. These special men and women must be versatile in all matters. The participation of medical students in politics must be promoted and championed by the people. This dialogue with the giants is a basic preparation for the battle field. A true political paradigm shift will occur only at that point then when we may begin to preach the gospel for psychological social-political order. An independent institution to enforce the psychological social-political order obviously will not be vested upon physiological model. What do I mean by a physiological model? I refer to an institution model which is characterized by physical elements and physical manipulation of social political order. The use of a military institution is by no means a relevant example in this context. Does this paradigm shift foresee the dissolution of the army towards social delusion? Guided by the fundamentals of the monumental letter that I have written to the president, it is clear that there is a clear view of the co-existence of the physical and psychological political order. The symptoms of political psychological disorder are already protruding in the society. The only psycho-political method that have been paraded is the use of physical model to inject fear in the society and more especial in dealing with psycho-political eruption. What is a psycho-political eruption? It is an unexpected demand made by the unexpected and ordinary persons to change the model of political governance. Our interest in this unprecedented dialogue of the giants is to craft an integrated physiological-psycho political model of governance. This dialogue reconciles the political interference by redefining it as political intervention. The intervention which is disruptive is an interruption and if not scientifically and mathematically managed it becomes interference to the whole body of the medical procedural art. And thus we need to give this political intervention a microscopic attention.
Philosopher medical doctor
A philosopher medical doctor should be crafted in a manner that we produce philosopher kings. The material desire of the medical doctors is one major element which gives the philosopher king a hand above the medical doctor. The remuneration style applicable to the philosopher kings should be applicable to medical doctors then we will get to the final realization of the philosopher medical doctor. We can’t deny that the medical institution is the heart of our social welfare security. If the job become more valuable than its purpose then medical doctors will reduce their role and its, divine element away from the society! I am aware of the spark of a selfish rebellion inspired by selfish material desire in the mind of the medical student. I know that the material rate is in the center of the hearts of most of the medical students. Only those medical students who may share common understanding of the role of the medical science with the likes of CHE GUEVARA and STEVE BIKO can devote themselves to the struggle towards the realization of this dream of a philosopher medical doctor model. The equilibrium between the philosopher king and philosopher medical doctor can be brought into picture. It shall go without saying that somehow the philosopher medical doctor will command comprehensive respect and nobility without the use of physical strength but, only scientific achievements and excellence. The passion to sustain the human race must not be rooted on the gardens of money trees but, in the heart of love.

Rasvusi’s republic is distinguished from Plato’s republic in that, instead of reviewing the art of the philosopher king’s judgment, Rasvusi’s republic advocates the making of a philosopher medical doctor who is composed of the elements of the philosopher king and above that the direct medical scientific role to ensure direct social security. It is the fear of the ordinary man that sustains the military institution. It is fear of knowledge that influences the survival of the philosopher king. It is the physical effort to regulate the expansion of the mind of an ordinary man.This letter somehow will pave a better nervous path towards a new social state. A matured dual rooted models of governance which will gradually fuse towards the perfection of the republic which may be called RasPlato’s republic. Plato and Machiavelli’s roles in the making of the political model of governance can’t be underestimated. The military strategies of SunTzu also can’t be set aside when we seek a path towards a new model of governance. This is inclusive of the religion and the art of music. This mathematical letter on medical investigation is one of those fundamental guiding documents towards the RasPlato’s republic and the establishment of the philosopher medical doctor inside the philosopher king’s palace. The mind is the black box of the person in wherein we may be able to find out about the condition of the body. The mind is almost aware of anything that takes place in the body.

The setting of this short scientific story is in the heart of the writer of this storyAfter, I have written and presented the monumental letter which was addressed to the president, I got an invitation from a dear friend of mine who seemed more interested in identifying its political part. We secured a cheap lower class restaurant meal and enjoyed it slowly as we strive to reconnect our political codes. A lot of anxiety existed from both of us because we knew each other very well.
It will never be fair to hide the name of my friend on this just revolutionary road that we shared. If it wasn’t of Hleketani Vurheni, I don’t imagine how I could have attained a spirit to integrate my imagination. I have been inspired by him to go as far as accepting that truly the Almighty God is in charge of our thoughts. I write this letter to all the people who may ask themselves that how possible on earth was it possible for us to get enlightened to this height. I may sound more of an artist than a thinker because I always respected the value of art in all my works. Indeed my dear friend it is not easy for one to separate art from ideological mobilization. And I said to my dear friend I know that you expect me to have a direct verbal interrogation of my ideal before you can truly evaluate it.
He then began to exceed his speed of swallowing and grinding of the smallest chicken bone between his small snowy teeth. He glanced inside my eyes as I adjudicated his brains and expected his intellectual parade to commence. He smile and asked me if I was ready to listen to his views and I said, only if you don’t mind and only if you don’t erase this ideal.
Hleketani: I have dived into the pool of your ideals and enjoyed the serenades and echoes of an imaginary revolution. It is so astonishing that we still have people like you who wish to engage contentiously on these ideological echelons. I may not be fair with you if I can’t acknowledge the persistence of your thought. It is also unlike you in your documented ideal and I kept on asking myself that, how did you adjust yourself to that level. I’m impressed instantly by the scientific order but, I think that you must convince me that there is something political in your ideological package.
Rasvusi, I am glad that you offered my uncoordinated letters your undivided thought and hope that this small talk shall avail more inspiring questions to further shape my conclusions. However, now that I know how sarcastic you used to be when we were still at school of politics. I further summon you to consolidate your comment to my token.
Hleketani : I am of the view that your letters had a louder medical tone, a scientific maturity and commitment. I shall be truly sarcastic if I can claim that I have conceived an element of strength from your letters that might persuade me to raise a political banner for this ideological cause. Maybe it is because I felt that your letters were purely on medical affairs not political.
Rasvusi, it is fair enough of you and just on my side because I understand exactly where you are heading to. You are expecting me to identify the mass mobilizing point contained in my letters. Maybe you expect me to establish the political attitude of the content of my ideological letters. And if that is that then I will attempt to involve my versatility to this expected extent.
Hleketani: I already respected you and your calm positive attitude makes me to expect more from you, please feel free to swim to any direction inside my calm sea. Today I came not to speak much about what I think but, to listen and to adopt any hidden spirit of radicalism if it exists. Expand your thought to my horizon because you can’t have my blessing for free.
Rasvusi, there are several issues that I wish to award an in depth examination moment with you. I prefer that we should firstly identify what is more valuable than our physical existence. From there on I think that we will see the light at the end of the tunnel. Our priority as people is not to sustain our political order but, ourselves. Our existence is what our political order seeks to attain. Our existence, our organic existence is our primary scientific term of reference I think. And it is only then when we begin to establish the scientific need to use the political process to arrive there and we may say that we have arrived. Any political recruitment that is conducted without that end is a floating mass actions, it is not worth your blessing if my ideal didn’t seek to arrive there. Arriving at a point in whereby we can assure ourselves about our organic being. It doesn’t matter how our economic thirst is, we are going nowhere at all. You sound so confident and illusive also complex. I wonder how you managed to pass your practices on public speaking and how you may continue to in future. Rasvusi: it is so funny that your organic state of existence still persuade me to get in touch with what I think should fuel the mass to raise the political banner for the recognition of this ideology. People should understand that beyond what they can see our world has the highest number of mass conspiracy than we may imagine. It is all depending on how you view your psychological order and value. Many people would raise the banner and change their governments or force the capitalist companies to shutdown if they possessed a close range eye to witness the psychological damage which these companies are causing to their lives. At almost many instances of our lives we as people are so indebted to the instructions of our corporate masters than the way we are to ourselves. We are servants of our own ambitions and slaves of our desires. It means that, we are compromising our wellbeing only to serve the companies that we are indebted to. It is so embarrassing to learn that we as people are unable to realize that all the capitalistic motives behind all our scientific developments derail our end results. You may still not grasp what I imply but, soon you will or else I may not secure your blessing.

Many people deserve more than what they are exposed to in this one life time, these capitalistic companies expose our minds to variety of social conflicts and a sense of emptiness. The scale, in which our remuneration is measured, is not well set else it was set by the devil. The political part of this ideology is that the ordinary man should reclaim his position on earth and rediscover the meaning of his cooperation in decision making bodies in any developmental sector. The ordinary man should redefine himself/herself and decide his destiny. It should be understood that all that the current scientific declarations seeks to achieve is an economic adjustments and not to ensure the satisfactory part of the ordinary. I hope you will learn that the ordinary man has been used by various incompetent presidents, prime ministers and other royal figures to experiment what is the most suitable method for them to remain on top. It is upon this view that the ordinary should arrive one conclusive point of making an ordinary inference of this life. It is so unfair that people are simply interested in securing their selfish piece of the cake without care. The professional order has so far hijacked ownership of human survival to suit them in the expense of the ordinary men. Mankind should decide either they want to secure investment opportunities or they want a clean human satisfaction. Any form of human existence which is still characterized by psychological depressions and oppression contains an element of slavery.It becomes so unfair when people who call themselves professionals continue to parade artificial freedoms in the expense of the ordinary men. Being as it may the professionals continues to use the ordinary settle the political score and secure their economic opportunities. Yes it sound unrealistic to imagine another kind of the world than this cruel one but, if the ordinary can be faithfully represented without others taking advantage of the other then all the contaminating elements can be avoided. It is purely incorrect for us to fold our arms and watch without saying or doing anything whilst our people die! This is truly medical and economic and that is what they usually say and declares to the ordinary man like you and me my friend. All regimes promised us the best and wealth but, no ways my friend the ordinary will continue to suffer in silence. We should raise the banner and not only challenge the existing system of governess over the ordinary but also the order of information. A true revolution must be genuine and it must not only replace the master by the other but, help people to enjoy their wealth.
Hleketani: I am tempted to bless you but, the science is very deep and the same ordinary man might not understand this ideology. I think you should try to simplify it for the sake of accommodating the ordinary man. This ideology may not gain much support because it is complex and that is what I am trying to bring forth for your attention.
Rasvusi: I think that you expected me to talk about communism and socialism else African-ism. I am not interested on those things any more I don’t think those things matters any more. Black or white, coloreds and Asians should unite against one thing that exposed them to unnecessary social conflicts. I am talking about the breaking down of family structures and the death of psychological freedoms, which have been brought by professionalization of the society. The society must not be limited by a specific individual conception. We must be allowed to challenge the professionals and them challenging us. We both know the gross injustices that are caused by these existing professional setups in that, most of the professionals are just serving their own egos and not that of the society. Let us face the facts of this medical issue in this context it is being clear that the pharmaceutical sector is taking a serious advantage of the ordinary men, because of the incomplete formulas which they produce in tons. I hope you know what I mean! I find all reasons in that to mobilize all and demand the review of the standardization criteria and to verify if this is a genuine way of doing things. For all the past decades we have supported and agreed with each and every medical proposal or approach but, give me a benefit of doubt in this case the blind who claim to see is misleading the one eyed man. The political aspect of this ideal can be found easily by you trying to understand the commercial motives behind each and every step that we take. I hope that my basic guidelines shall automatically help you to make necessary adjustments and wider political interpretation of this ideology. At the annual general meeting members exercise their right to determine the policy of The Organisation and to make necessary amendments in order to update the aims and relevance of the organisation.4.6 The members attending the Annual General Meeting shall be mandatory to effect changes in policy and procedures.4.7 The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting shall be circulated in reasonable time prior to the meeting.4.8 The member appointed to the office of secretary by the National or Branch members, shall take noted minutes of the meeting and submit the minutes to the Committee for approval prior to circulation among members.4.9 Members attending meetings shall be responsible for the approval of the minutes by two members, signed by the secretary and chairperson.5. Executive committeeExecutive Committee shall be elected and brought to office, which shall be responsible for the management of The Organisation. The following offices shall be elected to the National executive committee:· president· deputy president· general Secretary· A Treasurer· And at least 3 (three) additional members.The executive Committee will consist of not less than 7 members. They are the office bearers of The Organisation. The Committee may elect more members to the Committee as is deemed necessary.5.1 The executive Committee shall be elected annually at the Annual General Meetings. Every member present shall be entitled to vote and to express their minds5.2 The elected office bearers will serve for a period of at least two years, but may stand for re-election for another term in office after that. Depending on what kind of services they render/provide to The Organisation, they may be eligible for continuous re-election into the same office. 5.3 Should a member of the executive Committee not attend three meetings consecutive, without having applied for and obtaining leave of absence from the meeting, it will be taken that he/she resigned and the executive Committee may elect a new member as replacement of the outgoing member’s portfolio.5.4 The executive Committee will meet at least twice a quarter. Fifty one percent of members need to be at the meeting to form a quorum to make decisions that would be carried out and effected.5.5 Minutes will be taken at every meeting to record the executive Committee’s decisions. The minutes of each meeting will be given to the executive Committee’s Members at least two weeks before the next meeting. The minutes shall be confirmed as a true record of proceedings, by the next meeting of the Management Committee, and shall thereafter be signed by the Chairperson of the Branch/president of the NEC.5.6 The Organisation has the right to form sub-committees according to different activities or tasks. The decisions that sub-committees take must be given to the National Executive Committee. The NEC must decide whether to agree to them or not at its next meeting. 5.7 All members of The Organisation have to abide by decisions that are taken by the executive committee5.8. A Day-to day Management Forum consisting of at least 3 appointed members from the Committee, will be elected by organisation to manage and maintain the day-to-day running and crisis management.5.9 Members or office-bearers are not liable for any of the obligations and liabilities of The Organisation solely by virtue of their status as members or office-bearers of the Organisation.5.10 Office-bearers are not personally liable for any loss suffered by any person as a result or an act or omission which occurs in good faith while the office-bearers are performingfunctions for or on behalf of The Organisation.6. POWERS OF THE ORGANISATIONThe executive Committee may take and exercise the power and authority that it believes it needs to be able to achieve the objectives that are stated in point number 3 of this constitution. Its activities must be lawful. 6.1 The executive Committee has the power and authority to raise funds or to invite and receive contributions towards its activities.6.2 The executive Committee has the power to buy, hire or exchange for any property that it needs to acquire in order to meet its objectives.6.3 The executive Committee has the power to employ, and if necessary to dismiss, staff and to enter into any contracts or agreements necessary.6.4 The executive Committee has the power to dispose of property or equipment of its activities in fulfilment of its aims and objectives. 6.5 The executive Committee has the power to negotiate and enter into contracts with the relevant authorities and other bodies and to do any other act in fulfilment of its aims and objectives.6.6 The executive Committee has the right to make by-laws for proper management, including procedure for application, approval and termination of membership when be harming or a negative influence on organisational objectives and activities.6.7 The powers of the organisation shall be exercised solely and exclusively by the executive Committee.6.8 The Organisation’s executive Committee will decide on the powers and functions of office bearers.7. MEETINGS AND PROCEDURES OF THE executive COMMITTEE7.1 The executive Committee must hold at least four meetings each year.7.2 The president/Chairperson, or two members of the executive Committee, can call a special meeting should it be deemed necessary, provided all the other members of the executive are notified at least 21 days prior to the meeting taking place. An agenda must also be circulated for the special meeting 21 days prior to the meeting. If, however, one of the matters to be discussed at the special meeting is to appoint a new executive committee member, then those calling the meeting must give the other committee members not less than 30 days prior notice of the meeting with the notice of the intention for a proposed election of the said member.7.3 The Chairperson shall act as the chairperson of the executive Committee. 7.4 If the Chairperson does not attend a meeting, then the vice-chairperson will fulfil the task of chairperson. If both are not available, the members who are present choose from amongst the members present, one member to chair the meeting. This must be done before the meeting starts.7.5 There shall be a quorum whenever such a meeting is held, i.e. fifty one percent.7.6 When necessary, the executive Committee will vote on issues. Should the result be equal on an issue, the Chairperson may exercise either a second vote or a veto vote.7.7 Minutes of all meetings must be kept safely and always be on hand for members to consult.7.8 If the executive Committee deems it is necessary, then it may decide to set up one or more sub-committees. It may decide to do this to get work done quickly and efficiently, or it may need a sub-committee to perform an inquiry, running different activities, etc. There must be at least three people on a sub-committee. The sub-committee must report to the executive Committee on its activities. It should do this on a monthly basis.8. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGSThe annual general meeting must be held once a year, towards the end of The Organisation’s financial year. The Organisation should deal with the following business, amongst others, at its annual general meeting:· Agree to the items to be discussed on the agenda· Make note on the minutes of attendance and apologies· Read and confirm the previous meeting’s minutes with matters arising.· Chairperson’s report· Treasurer’s report· Changes to the constitution that members may want to make· Electing of new office bearers· General· Close the meeting.All members of The Organisation shall be entitled to be present and to speak and to vote at the Annual General Meeting and only such members as are present shall be allowed to vote.9. SPECIAL GENERAL MEETINGA special general meeting shall be convened by the executive Committee upon the requisition of not less than 25% members of The Organisation to consider any issue raised in, such requisition, which may include the election or dismissal of a member or members of the Management Committee. The meeting shall consider only the issue raised in, requisition giving rise to the meeting.10. FINANCES AND ASSESTS10.1 The Organisation will keep a record and inventory of both fixed and moveable assets it may acquire by purchase or donation.10.2 The Organisation may not donate or give any of its money or assets to any of the members or office bearers. The only exchange of moneys may be made to any of the members or office bearers is in remuneration for work done for The Organisation and only on agreement and by contract. Such remuneration must be reasonable and within the market related value of such work that has been done.10.3 A member or office bearer may submit a claim for moneys to be reimbursed that was paid in respect of purchases or services the said member or office bearer had to incur on behalf of The Organisation.10.4 Members or office bearers have no possession rights over any fixed or moveable assets or any finances in The Organisation possession10.5 The financial year of The Organisation shall be from 1 January to 31 December in the following year.10.6 An accounting officer/auditing firm shall be appointed. His/her duty is to audit the financial activities and reports of The Organisation.10.7 The treasurer is responsible for control of the day to day finances of The Organisation. The treasurer shall arrange for all funds to be deposited into a bank account in the name of The Organisation. The treasurer must also keep proper records of all the finances including the ledger, balance sheets, budgets and preparation for books for audit.10.8 Whenever funds withdrawn from the bank account, at least two appointed members of The Organisation’s Committee must sign the withdrawal or cheque. Three persons must be elected to have signing power on the banking account.10.9 The Organisation’s accounting records and reports must be ready and handed to the Director of Non-profit Organisations within six months after the financial year end.10.10 Should the Organisation have funds available for investment, the said funds may only be invested with registered financial institutions. These institutions are listed in Section 1 of the Financial Institutions (Investment of Funds) Act, 1984. Furthermore, The Organisation may obtain securities that are listed on a licensed stock exchange as set out in the Stock Exchange Control Act, 1985. The Organisation may approach different banking institutions to seek advice on the best manner to look after its funds.11. CHANGES/AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION11.1 The constitution can be changed or amended by a resolution. The resolution has to be agreed upon and passed by the members who attend the annual general meeting or special general meeting. Members must vote at this meeting to change or amend the constitution.11.2 Fifty percent plus one of the members shall be present at a meeting (“the Quorum”) before a decision to change or amend the constitution is taken. Any annual general meeting may vote upon such a notion, if the details of the changes are set out in the notice referred to in paragraph 8.11.3 A written notice must be circulated not less than fourteen days before the meeting at which the changes or amendment to the constitution are going to be proposed. The notice must indicate the proposed changes or amendments to the constitution that will be discussed at the meeting.12. DISSOLUTION/WINDING-UP12.1 The Organisation may close down if at least two-thirds of the members are present and voting at a meeting convened for the purpose of considering such matter, are in favour of closing down. 12.2 When the Organisation closes down it has to pay off all its debts. After doing this, if there is property, assets or money left over it should not be paid or given to members of The Organisation. It should be given in some way to another non-profit organisationthat has similar objectives. The Organisation’s general meeting can decide which organisation should be the beneficiary of such property, assets or money.12.3 The Director of Non-profit Organisations must be notified and consulted on the dissolution or closing of the organisation as well as of the intended beneficiaries of the property, assets or money to be disposed of.13. ADOPTION OF THE CONSTITUTION
