In this letter the writer of the unpublished memos to the president designed a model of governance in comparison to Plato’s Republic. The author’s views remain so attached to monumental letter however it is so interesting in the manner in which the writer avoid the specifications of the medical targets. There is a refined sense of medical maturity and political taste. It is another great achievement for the ordinary man to own a special authority to instruct the moment to stop, let the havens and earth stop and witness the declaration of thoughts. I have borrowed my ear to the world to speak into my mind but, only the sound of the explosives and children crying from the Middle East. I gave much time to all life activists and only the genocides I could capture from their game. I heard of your politics and economics. How do I begin to blame you for the mistakes that you didn’t commit?I have unexpectedly devoted and dedicated all of my thoughts to the writing of this letter to you.

I respect the honor and nobility that you are entitled to. I am of no doubt that under a reasonable social standard you truly deserve honor and nobility. This mathematical letter comes during this historic moment in whereby the world as large already accepts that there is a medical limit. A medical limit should translate a point in whereby the medical science itself can’t be able to invent a medical solution to a medical problem. People of the world have grown to a point of human maturity that they receive medical failure as virtue not inability. It is by virtue of the magnanimity of the problem that historically given inventive formulas can’t provide a new complete mode of thought to the medical problem.How do I manage to write this relevant letter to thee? This is one of an interesting question which cannot go without being answered. I manage to write this relevant letter to thee, because I have sneaked into the history of chemical engineering and psychiatric nursing. I have visited the psychological heights and the medical philosophy.

Behind all the inventions there are mathematical formulas which, proclaims logical reasoning and rationale. It is these limited mathematical given principles that, governs our thinking margins, we are deprived by these ancestral thinking models from expanding our medical thoughts beyond the modern medical problems and political problems. How do we begin to switch to a new thinking mode after such a big mess and the mathematical beliefs that we have affiliated to? There is a lot beyond a mathematical conclusion that needs to be granted an attention. A mathematical phenomenon is just a strategic instrument, which justify theories before practice. Experiments are mere demonstrations conducted in order to eliminate further baseless contentions.I am writing this letter to the students of medical sciences and medical experts. I truly think that we have entered an age of the authorization of incomplete mathematical theories. An age of mathematical incompetence and medical humiliation! It is explicit so far as I know that our medical mind is corrupted by economic games, we are limited by copyright theory and profit. We are the slaves of the touchable world! Why do I say we? I have no doubt that this letter speaks directly with the ordinary person within the medical persons.

I know that my contribution is rooted in the ancient ages of science. When medical persons were still persons and remained inclusive with the ordinary persons. It was during those ages of the birth of science that ordinary people achieved and registered an unprecedented works. I put myself in the state in which I would have been if the medical persons were not corrupted by the political injustices and greed. It is the selection methods that we employ that crafts a narrow corridor towards the completeness of science. Instead of waging a medical war against modern diseases we are interested in concluding pharmaceutical medical deals. We are clouded and restricted by the paradox of ancient mathematics. The question of understanding the use of mathematics during strategic undertakings is crucial too in medical science I suppose.My proposition is that a wider approach be given an opportunity to govern the modern mathematical imagination. This wider approach seeks to accommodate a variety of angles in terms of strategic development of a medical solution to a medical problem.

An ancient mathematical philosophy must not become an obstacle to the modern scientific contribution. Scientific contribution is born out of an ordinary mind but, mathematically tested and justified for safety reasons. Mathematics is not the source of science but, an instrument to calculate a scientific imagination and variety of ordinary views. It is out of the galaxy of the ordinary views that mathematics can detect the deficiency and accuracy in our imaginations. Our thinking model is not mathematically structured but, natural. Even in the case of medical students and experts the thinking mode is purely ordinary. The only fact of life is that the medical students contain a build-in mathematical institution which goes concurrently with their imaginations.Their imagination is mathematically cropped and trimmed to certain standard of a thinking model which turns to dilute the ordinary view to be mathematical. This unconscious thinking process limits the depth of the picture and propels the intellects to a mathematical confinement. At the end of the day we produce medical mathematicians instead of medical strategists. People should distinguish a medical strategists and the process of logistical management of medical strategies. No matter how you can struggle by all faithful efforts to mix accurate mathematical prescribed measurements of ingredients in order to produce a specific medicine if the target is not prescribed it is all useless.

The medical strategist should investigate the target and invent a strategic formula to attack the parasite or to defend the host from the parasite.The incomplete and un-strategic mathematical composition of medicine is an irrelevant approach if, not supported by a comprehensive medical strategy. What is a comprehensive medical strategy? It is a wider view of both physical and psychological defense methods which, seems to be suitable to be employed in particular. I have seen military strategists using medical approach to destroy the military target but, it is rare that medical strategists can use military approach to destroy the medical target.What is the author up to now? The author is mathematically waging a military war against a medical problem. It is thus necessary to apply the military strategies during the process of developing a method of dealing with a disease. “According to military strategy the paradox is un- paradox and the un- paradox is paradox.” Master Sun Tzu. The militant element should be studied comprehensively and then the mathematical part of it automatically fuses itself with the calculations of the military sketch. All military moves are mathematically employed. The element of deception must be studied thoroughly in order to ensure the psychological stability of the patient. The patient should simply be seen as a battle field. If the battle field can become poisonous then both parties at war automatically become mathematically defeated. The patient is the lay of the land which must be well understood by the general of the medical army. The physical symptoms are rivers and mountains which are easily predicted.

The psychological symptoms are elements such as wind, rain, sunlight and moonlight they are unpredictable. The general of the medical army must be cautious in strategic development.The funny part of this mathematical order is that the unpredictable circumstances are capable of ruining all the physical structures but, the predictable circumstances incapable of ruining the unpredictable circumstances. It is either you choose to mire your army in the mud or wait for the rain to stop. The general who cannot justify his orders should be recalled if it is for the best interest of the undertaking. I don’t expect you to view this proposition as an incitement of medical anarchy. This is an independent thought which is not clouded by mathematical principles or diluted by medical corruption. This letter is an invitation to all medical students to review their medical role and intentions. Students should be clear on either they opt to be medical strategists (medical doctors) or medical mathematicians (nurses). If you intend to be a medical mathematician you should immediately become ready to serve under a medical strategist.What kind of knowledge must a medical strategist acquire? By virtue of the highest level of the modern medical problem that we come across, our medical strategist who will deserve the title of being called medical doctors must acquire a complex knowledge in mathematics, psychology, physiology, politics, religious life and the procedural art of the army. The question is the how part of the military, military knowledge shall be acquired through an in-depth theoretical study of military strategies. A medical strategist should be able to protect a patient from political elements which may render the medical procedural art useless. This process will bring a substantial transformation in the medical profession and be able to invent an elastic kind of mind along the process.

The general medical phenomenon of transformation should be triggered by accepting that our mind is under a serious scientific trial. It is upon the medical students and the society in general to defend the profession. Medical profession is an essential institution which is a matter of death and life of the society it cannot be taken lightly. We should begin as people to review our political character and focus on deep scientific politics. I know that people are tired of dirty games, games of bloody money and election guests.Let us stand up and fight for our precious life! The kind of intelligence expected in fighting for this kind of transformation is more than that which we elect our war lords. We demand mental stability and understanding of research. Our voice for a new order must be mathematically correct and reliable in practical level. We should rally the medical students and fight for a progressive transformation. We should strive to develop a web medical curriculum. A medical student must learn that their role in the society is highly needed. The mathematical role that they must play in the society must be visible and astonishing. This transformation theory should produce a medical professional who can be employed to solve other problems beyond medical problems. Political interference in medical procedural art is mainly because the pace of political change is faster than the medical pace. The same political changes or revolution created new social environment which erupts complex medical challenges. This mathematical letter to you compliments the monumental letter which I wrote to the president. It is clear that most of our medical students are the cream of the society, the natural intelligence that stands undisputed.The narrow curriculum condemns most of our medical men and women. The diamond minds of the medical students must be exploited and relied on to resolve major problems that the society has. These special men and women must be versatile in all matters. The participation of medical students in politics must be promoted and championed by the people. This dialogue with the giants is a basic preparation for the battle field. A true political paradigm shift will occur only at that point then when we may begin to preach the gospel for psychological social-political order. An independent institution to enforce the psychological social-political order obviously will not be vested upon physiological model. What do I mean by a physiological model? I refer to an institution model which is characterized by physical elements and physical manipulation of social political order.

The use of a military institution is by no means a relevant example in this context. Does this paradigm shift foresee the dissolution of the army towards social delusion? Guided by the fundamentals of the monumental letter that I have written to the president, it is clear that there is a clear view of the co-existence of the physical and psychological political order. The symptoms of political psychological disorder are already protruding in the society. The only psycho-political method that have been paraded is the use of physical model to inject fear in the society and more especial in dealing with psycho-political eruption. What is a psycho-political eruption? It is an unexpected demand made by the unexpected and ordinary persons to change the model of political governance. Our interest in this unprecedented dialogue of the giants is to craft an integrated physiological-psycho political model of governance. This dialogue reconciles the political interference by redefining it as political intervention. The intervention which is disruptive is an interruption and if not scientifically and mathematically managed it becomes interference to the whole body of the medical procedural art. And thus we need to give this political intervention a microscopic attention.Philosopher medical doctorA philosopher medical doctor should be crafted in a manner that we produce philosopher kings.

The material desire of the medical doctors is one major element which gives the philosopher king a hand above the medical doctor. The remuneration style applicable to the philosopher kings should be applicable to medical doctors then we will get to the final realization of the philosopher medical doctor. We can’t deny that the medical institution is the heart of our social welfare security. It is thus that some of the scholars may find it interesting to make a close range study of Fidel Castro’s Cuban socialist physiological-psycho political social order. It is not in the political attitude that we possess but political vision we uphold. The Cuban based medical doctors are by virtue so far suitable candidates who may enroll with the highest institution of learning towards the realization of the philosopher medical doctor. It being that we assume that their medical thoughts are not corrupted by their material desires. I may literally sound like a puppet of socialism and its spokesperson merely because I raised the Cuban socialism model as a practical example to clear your illusion. This example is the only example in the world, that exist and that I could resort to as a suitable example in the making of philosopher medical doctor.I write this letter to you not only because I want you to know about this unprecedented model but to invite you to this medical school of higher learning. The mathematical part of this model is that the society should design new motivational strategies to inspire dedicated intelligent men and women to flock into the medical career. The use of materialistic rewards as a motivational drive for medical students is a corrupting element. If the job become more valuable than its purpose then medical doctors will reduce their role and its, divine element away from the society! I am aware of the spark of a selfish rebellion inspired by selfish material desire in the mind of the medical student. I know that the material rate is in the center of the hearts of most of the medical students. Only those medical students who may share common understanding of the role of the medical science with the likes of CHE GUEVARA and STEVE BIKO can devote themselves to the struggle towards the realization of this dream of a philosopher medical doctor model. The equilibrium between the philosopher king and philosopher medical doctor can be brought into picture. It shall go without saying that somehow the philosopher medical doctor will command comprehensive respect and nobility without the use of physical strength but, only scientific achievements and excellence. The passion to sustain the human race must not be rooted on the gardens of money trees but, in the heart of love.Rasvusi’s republic is distinguished from Plato’s republic in that, instead of reviewing the art of the philosopher king’s judgment, Rasvusi’s republic advocates the making of a philosopher medical doctor who is composed of the elements of the philosopher king and above that the direct medical scientific role to ensure direct social security. This new model of a medical doctor will ensure psychological and physiological security.

It is the only gradual route we must take towards a complete refined physiological-psycho political social order. It is clear so far as I know that the medical threats have become more challenging than the military threats. The manner in which the society strives to sustain the military institution is more than the way it strive to sustain the social medical health order. I have been a victim of external medical threats but little did I experience military threats only because the human order has reached a point of maturity which exposes mankind to new challenges than military threats. The political insecurity that is experienced by political leaders is only brought by the knowledge of the material fuel that burns within the heart of the ordinary man. It is the fear of the ordinary man that sustains the military institution. It is fear of knowledge that influences the survival of the philosopher king. It is the physical effort to regulate the expansion of the mind of an ordinary man.This letter somehow will pave a better nervous path towards a new social state. A matured dual rooted models of governance which will gradually fuse towards the perfection of the republic which may be called RasPlato’s republic. Plato and Machiavelli’s roles in the making of the political model of governance can’t be underestimated. The military strategies of SunTzu also can’t be set aside when we seek a path towards a new model of governance. This is inclusive of the religion and the art of music.

This mathematical letter on medical investigation is one of those fundamental guiding documents towards the RasPlato’s republic and the establishment of the philosopher medical doctor inside the philosopher king’s palace. It is not going to be an easy ride. The endorsement of this revolution will be achieved by dynamic and liberated generations.

True revolution is accompanied by its revolutionary evils. A lot of sacrifice and dedication, rebellion and social friction, anarchy and arrogance by the powers that be so, a medical student must taste the sweetness of his/her intelligence power by advocating this fundamental social ideology without fear of death or loss of materialistic gains.I hope that you will find the path through this spark of light in the darkness. Mobilize and test this idea through peaceful and constructive debates. A radical effort is needed to secure the medical procedural art from political procedural art. This letter however is not the practical solution to the medical problem but, you are the solution.
